|Step 1||Member-Applicant||Submits the filled-out Salary/Pension/Emergency/Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form including the documentary requirements to Membership Services Section (MSS) for updating then files the application to Loans Unit.|
1. Receives loan application.
2. Approves loan.
3. Releases loan proceeds either through Savings Deposit Account (002) or through check.
1. Waits for name to be called at the Releasing Counter.
2. Updates the Savings Deposit (002) Account and withdraws the loan proceeds at the Tellering Section.
